Serendipity is fundamentally personal, human and delicate. It can change one’s life either on personal and / or community level. It’s more than anything else a mental attitude, it’s about curiosity, open minded thinking and empathy. So, can it be harnessed – or even managed in institutional contexts. My answer is YES, but it’s a challenge.
