A Closer Look at the Content of “Authentic Serendipity-and Why We Need 21st-Century Jesters”

Welcome to a look inside my new book, Authentic Serendipity — and Why We Need 21st-Century Jesters. What began as an exploration of serendipity became a Peregrinaggio of its own: a journey through forgotten stories, many anomalies, absurdities, and questions that gradually changed my understanding of how we discover possibilities and make sense of them together.

A 320-page of hard work and revealing insights – and I am so proud about it

The journey takes us from the Princes of Serendip and Arthur Koestler’s insights into creativity to the wisdom of court jesters—and their relevance to organizational life today. It culminates in the 21st-Century Jester and Smile in Mind, a cognitive infrastructure for collective sensemaking. The 21st-Century Jester helps others notice what they might otherwise miss, question familiar assumptions, and give new possibilities room to develop.

Below, you’ll find the complete table of contents. I invite you to browse, follow whatever catches your curiosity, and see where the journey might connect with your own work and experience.
